On 25 April, to celebrate DNA Day 2023, Integra Therapeutics launched a video explaining the new FiCAT gene writing platform developed by its scientific team. The video also explains the advances this entails in achieving more efficient and precise advanced therapies to cure patients through programmable DNA insertion to their genome.

This year, DNA Day has an even greater significance, as it commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Human Genome Project’s completion and the 70th anniversary of the discovery of the DNA double helix.
